Order Change&Cancel&Return Policy
Order Change or Cancel
Normaly, your order processing starts within 2 hours when we get your order, so please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button. If we have begun processing your order, and you still wish to change or cancel order, please abide by the following policies :
The order can be changed before we ship it, you don't need to pay any handling fee.
You can cancel the order within 12 hours, don’t pay any fee, and we can refund the full amount to you.
If you still want to cancel after 12 hours, we will charge a certain fee according to the progress of your order processing.
If we do not reply to your email in time, please wait patiently. We will process it according to the time you send the first email or message.
Once the package has been shipped and offer you the tracking number, the order will not be canceled, please understand.

If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right. We now offer a straightforward return and refund service for all products purchased directly through www.sd-gift.com.
What is the return period?
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process any return requests submitted after this 30-day period.
I received wrong or damaged items.
Please email rsdgifts@gmail.com and report to us any damage, defect, missing items, or incorrect items, etc., within 30 days from the date of delivery.
We will exchange items for free and we will cover all shipping and return costs. We are also happy to provide you with a full refund, all you need to do is return the goods to us. We bear all the return costs.
I am not satisfied with my purchase.
If our products don’t meet your expectations or you simply don’t like it, please email service@coeros.com within 30 days from the date of delivery and return the item to us in its original condition.
Please note, the return cost will be borne by you. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund if it is in resalable condition.
All items must be in its original packaging, unused, and resaleable. If an item is returned in poor condition, Coeros reserves the right to increase the handling/restocking fee.
How do custom product refunds work?
Full or Partial Refunds: For custom products, we’ll share photos and videos for your approval at every stage—3D modeling, mold creation, production, and shipping. If you’re dissatisfied at any point, you may request a refund; we will refund all costs from that stage onward.
Quality Guarantee: If a custom product develops a defect within 30 days of delivery, we’ll replace it free of charge and cover all return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. Usually, it takes 3 to 5 days after the date of transaction for the refund to hit your account.
